Role of the Mentor

The Inclusion at School program is designed to create a truly inclusive learning environment for children with special needs by placing a trained mentor in classrooms.
Unlike traditional shadow teachers who provide one-on-one assistance, our mentors focus on guidance and adaptation, empowering children to become independent learners while fostering their integration into the mainstream education system
