At Junius Activity Club, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our participants. We have a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

  1. Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of the enrollment or registration.

    2. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the registration has already been processed and the program has commenced.

    3. No cancellations are accepted for special events, seasonal programs, or limited-time workshops once the booking is confirmed.

  2. Refund Policy

    1. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

      1. If a program is canceled by Junius Activity Club due to unforeseen circumstances.

      2. If a participant receives a damaged or defective item (if applicable, for any program-related materials).

      3. If the participant is unable to attend due to medical emergencies (supporting documents required).

    2. Refund requests must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of the program start date.

    3. The refund amount will be subject to deductions for any non-refundable processing fees or administrative charges.

    4. If the program has already begun, no refunds will be provided.

  3. Dissatisfaction with the Program

    1. If you feel that the program does not meet your expectations, you must report the issue within the first session of the program.

    2. Our team will assess the concern and take appropriate action, which may include adjustments, rescheduling, or crediting the amount towards a future program.

  4. Refund Processing

    1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-4 business days to the original payment method.

    2. Junius Activity Club is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

  5. Exceptions

    1. Programs with third-party involvement (e.g., external trainers, venue bookings) will be subject to the cancellation policies of those service providers.

    2. Refunds will not be applicable for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
